We keep your information safe via encryption and only allow those working directly with you, as part of The Hormonal Health Coach team, to access it. 

We will keep your information for two years, from our last point of contact with you, at which point we remove it from our database and ensure it is securely destroyed.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you or ask that it be deleted, at any time, if you no longer wish for us to keep it. Please note that, if you are a current client, we are required to hold certain information by law in order to provide ongoing services and, as such, requests for deletion will only take effect once your contract has ended.
